Job Requirements

  • prior experience managing large-scale first-class culinary operations large teams and logistics
  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • strong coaching and employee development skills
  • passion for food and innovation

Job Duties

  • be responsible for supporting the culinary program within this upscale high-volume lounge
  • lead a team of 50-60 culinarians including other chefs and sous chefs
  • hold oversight for financials and cost control measures
  • ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality presentation are implemented
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • have a working knowledge of automated food inventory ordering production and management systems
