Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Have reliable transportation
  • At least 2 years of experience managing in a scratch kitchen
  • Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Micros POS system, and Ctuit financial suite
  • Ability to supervise the Woodall team including assignment of duties, evaluating service, and disciplinary actions when needed
  • Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes and proper preparation

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience managing in a scratch kitchen
  • Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Micros POS system, and Ctuit financial suite
  • General management skills including people skills and understanding of financial statements
  • Strong leadership ability to supervise kitchen staff and manage shifts
  • Knowledge of food products, standard recipes and proper preparation

Job Duties

  • Proper planning, execution and implementation of the daily menu as well as creating daily features to enhance our guest experience as well as celebration menu offerings
  • Setting the tone and the pace for the rest of the Culinary team
  • Culinary team development
  • Menu planning and development
  • Quality, sanitation and food safety, urgency, productivity and teamwork are the hallmarks of the Woodall's Culinary team
  • Sharing responsibility for the overall results of the restaurant
  • Personal, functional and leadership responsibilities
  • P & L planning, management and execution
