Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the US
- Have reliable transportation
- At least 2 years of experience managing in a scratch kitchen
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Micros POS system, and Ctuit financial suite
- Ability to supervise the Woodall team including assignment of duties, evaluating service, and disciplinary actions when needed
- Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes and proper preparation
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience managing in a scratch kitchen
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Micros POS system, and Ctuit financial suite
- General management skills including people skills and understanding of financial statements
- Strong leadership ability to supervise kitchen staff and manage shifts
- Knowledge of food products, standard recipes and proper preparation
Job Duties
- Proper planning, execution and implementation of the daily menu as well as creating daily features to enhance our guest experience as well as celebration menu offerings
- Setting the tone and the pace for the rest of the Culinary team
- Culinary team development
- Menu planning and development
- Quality, sanitation and food safety, urgency, productivity and teamwork are the hallmarks of the Woodall's Culinary team
- Sharing responsibility for the overall results of the restaurant
- Personal, functional and leadership responsibilities
- P & L planning, management and execution
