Job Requirements

- culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience
- experience managing large kitchen teams

Job Duties
- Manage a team of 15+ cooks and 2-3 sous chefs
- oversee kitchen systems such as inventory, prep lists, scheduling, and ordering
- bring creativity and new ideas to menu development
- solve everyday kitchen problems with innovative solutions
- mentor and develop kitchen staff
- take ownership of financial performance and kitchen profitability
- ensure timely organization and great communication within the kitchen team
