Job Description
A respected, independent restaurant in Helena is seeking a Head Chef to lead a scratch kitchen focused on regional American cuisine and locally sourced ingredients.
You’ll lead:
- Seasonal menu development
- Kitchen staff hiring and training
- Daily back-of-house operations
- Food cost and inventory management
You bring:
- 5+ years of cooking experience
- 2+ years as Head Chef or in a leadership role
- A passion for farm-to-table and scratch cooking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
This is a full-time role with standard hours and a supportive, experienced team. Culinary degree preferred, but not required.
