- 2 years of experience in a high-volume culinary leadership role or a culinary degree
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and stoop throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Manage daily kitchen operations including maintenance of ovens, freezers, grills, and food processors
- Delegate tasks to sous chefs, specialty cooks, prep cooks, and line cooks
- Coordinate meal preparation and services with kitchen staff
- Plan menus according to restaurant guidelines and seasonal availability
- Monitor food quality and quantity served to guests
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure safety standards
- Oversee menu development, revision, ordering, and inventory control
- Prepare food items according to standard recipes to ensure product consistency
- Supervise preparation and cooking for banquet events
- Develop and implement creative menu items for restaurant and banquet events
