Job Requirements

- Culinary arts certificate or degree
- Minimum 4-5 years experience as a Chef in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen budgeting and profitability
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to lead and coach a team
- Commitment to food quality and safety
Job Qualifications

- At least 4-5 years progressive experience as a Chef in a high-volume environment
- Experience managing budgeting and profitability

Job Duties
- Assist the Chef with culinary and administrative tasks
- Maintain high standards for food quality and safety
- Lead and coach culinary team members
- Manage budgeting and profitability of kitchen operations
- Ensure sanitation and safety standards are consistently met
- Contribute to resident and guest satisfaction
- Prepare and present food to meet high-quality standards
