Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • certificate or degree in culinary arts or a related field
  • at least 4-5 years' experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • proven responsibility for budgeting and profitability
  • ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • commitment to excellence and teamwork

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist the Executive Chef with culinary and administrative tasks
  • manage kitchen operations and staff
  • ensure food quality, sanitation, and safety standards are met

  • create exceptional dining experiences for residents
  • maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
