Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate or degree in culinary arts or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-volume culinary role
- Demonstrated responsibility for budgeting and profitability
- Ability to lead and coach a culinary team effectively
- Commitment to high food standards and quality service
- Positive and professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate or degree in culinary arts or related field
- At least 4-5 years of progressive experience as a chef in a high-volume environment
- Proven success in budgeting and managing restaurant profitability
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Passion for culinary excellence and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Assist the executive chef with culinary and administrative tasks
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety
- Lead, coach, and motivate the culinary team
- Oversee budgeting and profitability of the kitchen operation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop menus and ensure menu offerings meet resident preferences and dietary requirements
- Manage inventory and control food costs
