Job Requirements

  • minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum management experience - 2 years
  • minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts

  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts
  • strong culinary management background within upscale restaurants or catering operations
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • strong coaching and employee development skills
  • passion for food and innovation

Job Duties

  • support the culinary program within this upscale high-volume lounge
  • lead a team of 50-60 culinarians including chefs and sous chefs
  • oversee financials and cost control measures
  • ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality and presentation are implemented
  • develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory ordering production and management systems
