Job Requirements
- minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 2 years
- minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts

- strong culinary management background within upscale restaurants or catering operations

Job Duties
- support the culinary program within this upscale high-volume lounge
- lead a team of 50-60 culinarians including chefs and sous chefs
- oversee financials and cost control measures
- ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality and presentation are implemented
- develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- ensure food safety sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory ordering production and management systems
