Job Requirements

  • Relevant culinary degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience including leadership roles
  • Ability to manage large kitchen teams

  • Experience with inventory and cost management

Job Duties

  • Manage a team of 15 or more cooks plus 2-3 management-level sous chefs
  • Oversee kitchen systems including inventory, prep lists, scheduling, and ordering
  • Develop creative menu ideas and culinary concepts
  • Solve everyday kitchen problems with innovative solutions
  • Maintain high cooking standards by understanding flavors and techniques
  • Mentor and lead kitchen staff fostering professional growth
  • Take ownership of kitchen financials and contribute to the bottom line
