Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years cooking experience
  • culinary leadership experience preferred
  • college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit if applicable
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in English
  • ability to work full-time year-round
  • willingness to work overtime
  • commitment to quality and teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years culinary leadership experience preferred
  • 5+ years cooking experience
  • college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • ability to communicate effectively with public and team members
  • read, write, speak, and understand English
  • ability to understand and accomplish financial goals

Job Duties

  • lead culinary team and collaborate with Executive Chef
  • oversee menu creation and development
  • manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • manage kitchen inventory and ordering
  • implement new cooking techniques and creative dishes
