Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior culinary leadership experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience
  • Culinary degree or certification preferred
  • Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit if applicable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Ability to achieve financial goals
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years culinary leadership experience preferred
  • 5+ years cooking experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
  • Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
  • Ability to understand and meet financial goals

Job Duties

  • Oversee culinary operations and kitchen management
  • Develop and create innovative menus
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team
  • Manage inventory and control food costs
