Job Duties

  • Manage a team of 15 plus cooks and 2-3 management-level sous chefs
  • oversee kitchen systems including inventory, prep lists, scheduling, and ordering

  • solve everyday problems with innovative solutions
  • cook with a strong understanding of flavors and techniques
  • mentor kitchen staff to foster growth
