Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience in multi-unit operations with heavy a la carte experience
- Serve-Safe certified or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk regularly
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn food and beverage procurement programs
- Prior experience in a country club environment preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and provide direction to culinary teams
- Strong knowledge of diverse cuisines, beverages, and culinary trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Serve-Safe certification or equivalent
- Experience in menu creation and cost control
- Prior country club experience preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure only the highest quality product is served to members and their guests
- Communicate and maintain standard operating procedures for all staff
- Ensure sanitation is held to the highest standards
- Track and report on all food and labor costs
- Run the culinary department within budget guidelines
- Assist in creating new menus
- Provide direction and leadership to culinary staff
