Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in hospitality management, food service management or related field
  • Associate degree in culinary arts from an accredited program or related field
  • One year of managing food production operations or healthcare foodservice management
  • One year of experience in culinary leadership and catering
  • Food managers certificate
  • Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines
  • Knowledge of Food and Drug Administration Food Code (FDA)
  • Ability to operate all kitchen equipment
  • Flexible work schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in hospitality management, food service management or related field
  • Associate degree in culinary arts from an accredited program or related field
  • One year of experience in culinary leadership
  • One year of catering experience
  • Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
  • Knowledge of FDA Food Code
  • Experience using electronic food service management software preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
