Job Duties
- assist in the production of creatively designed menus
- collaborate with the executive chef on new dishes which appeal to the residents
- assist the executive chef in organizing the kitchen and schedule
- maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
- train and develop new kitchen associates
