Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Micros POS, and Ctuit financial suite
- Experience managing a scratch kitchen for at least two years
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Capable of supervising tavern staff and assigning duties
- Knowledge of food products and standard recipes
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide budgetary analysis
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience managing a scratch kitchen
- General management skills including people management and financial statement understanding
- Ability to manage expenses and shift operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Micros POS system, and Ctuit financial suite
- Thorough knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and proper preparation
- Ability to supervise and evaluate team members, including disciplinary actions
- Effective communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Plan, execute, and implement the tavern daily menu and create daily features to enhance guest experience
- Set the tone and pace for the culinary team
- Develop and mentor the culinary team
- Plan and develop menus
- Ensure quality, sanitation, food safety, urgency, productivity, and teamwork
- Share responsibility for overall tavern results
- Manage personal, functional, and leadership responsibilities including P & L planning and execution
