- certificate or degree in culinary arts or related field
- 4 - 5 years of progressive experience as a Chef in a high-volume environment
- experience with budgeting and profitability management
- ability to lead and motivate a culinary team
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- assist the Executive Chef with culinary and administrative tasks

- contribute to menu planning and development
- maintain inventory and ordering processes
