Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience
  • Experience in menu planning and recipe development
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
  • Ability to manage budgets and labor costs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead recipe development, menu planning, and seasonal offerings
  • Order and source highest quality ingredients and manage vendor relationships
  • Maintain recipe books, portion guidelines, and plating standards
  • Balance creativity with operational goals including cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure all food served meets brand quality, flavor, and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with Front of House staff for guest feedback and dining improvements
  • Act as a brand ambassador with visible presence and staff engagement
