Job Requirements
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen coordination
- Ability to stand and walk for majority of shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 40 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to perform grasping, reaching, bending, lifting, and kneeling
- Ability to obtain or maintain required licenses or certifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate and facilitate all food preparation, presentation, and service procedures as directed by the Executive Chef
- Monitor quality and quantity of prepared food
- Ensure proper rotation and utilization of stored food to prevent waste
- Monitor employee performance and provide instruction as needed
- Monitor staffing levels including early out requests and overtime
- Oversee food preparation to ensure proper consistency, flavor, presentation, and portion control
- Ensure kitchen and storage areas are clean, sanitary, and meet health and safety standards
- Delegate work assignments to cooks and kitchen staff
- Requisition stock according to business needs
- Administer disciplinary actions as necessary
