Job Requirements

  • valid Food Handlers card
  • minimum 3-5 years of professional culinary experience in relevant roles
  • ability to work Thursday to Monday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
  • strong leadership skills
  • commitment to maintaining culinary excellence
  • ability to develop creative menus
  • good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or equivalent roles
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent culinary knowledge and creativity
  • ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • effective communication and mentoring abilities
  • passion for providing exceptional dining experiences
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • lead culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations
