Job Requirements

  • Experience as an executive sous chef, chef de cuisine, or executive chef in a high-volume hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant
  • Knowledge of banquet operations and à la carte dining
  • Leadership skills with hands-on approach
  • Understanding of financials and cost controls
  • Ability to mentor and develop kitchen staff

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive sous chef, chef de cuisine, or executive chef in a high-volume hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant
  • Strong background in banquet operations and à la carte dining
  • Hands-on leadership skills with ability to thrive in both back-of-house and front-of-house interactions
  • Solid understanding of financials, food and labor cost controls, and culinary trends
  • Passion for mentoring and developing kitchen talent

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of talented cooks and kitchen staff
  • Oversee daily operations of both restaurant and banquet kitchens, ensuring flawless execution
  • Develop innovative menus that balance creativity, guest satisfaction, and profitability
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all food outlets
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and cost control
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage leadership team to exceed guest expectations for both individual diners and large events
  • Drive efficiency in scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
