- high school diploma or equivalent
- several years of culinary experience, preferably in fine dining or hotel restaurant environments
- ability to work onsite in Huntsville, AL
- strong communication and organizational skills
- physical stamina to handle kitchen demands
- knowledge of inventory and cost control
- availability to work full time

Job Duties
- lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and creativity
- collaborate on menu development, both preserving tradition and adding new culinary flair
- manage, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure optimal performance
- work with hotel leadership to plan and execute banquets, private events, and special occasions
- oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
- maintain food cost controls and ensure profitability without compromising quality
