Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food preparation experience preferred
  • ability to work full time day shifts
  • adherence to health and safety regulations
  • capacity to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • good communication skills
  • physical ability to handle food preparation tasks

Job Qualifications

  • short-order or fast food experience preferred
  • ability to work effectively in a team

Job Duties

  • actively participate in outstanding customer service
  • accept responsibility in maintaining respectful relationships
  • prepare all food and related items using equipment such as pizza ovens, woks, flat and open-flame grills
  • ensure all cold and hot food products are ordered, stored, produced and served according to recipe specifications and procedures
  • demonstrate cost-conscious behaviors in food preparation
  • maintain equipment safety and ensure work area sanitation
  • monitor and record food and equipment temperatures
  • comply with all sanitation and safety standards
