Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality or concierge experience preferred
- ability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- strong customer service skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- knowledge of hotel and local services
- good problem-solving abilities
- friendly and professional demeanor

- Experience in a concierge or guest service role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong knowledge of local area and hotel services

- proficiency with reservation and communication systems

- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide information, recommendations and booking services for guest inquiries
- process and deliver messages for guests
- retrieve mail, small packages and facsimiles for guests
- arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities inside and outside the hotel
- respond to special service requests such as dentists, doctors, child care, florists
- resolve guest inquiries and requests promptly
- register VIP guests and promote company marketing programs
