Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and readiness to pass the white glove test
