Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in full service upscale restaurant management
- Possession of a valid food handler's card if required by local laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in accounting principles

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking traditional recipes and preparing weekly specials
- Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff with a focus on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
- Ensure the kitchen maintains exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards to pass the white glove test
- Manage kitchen operations adhering to company procedures and food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain kitchen stock
- Collaborate with management to align kitchen goals with overall restaurant objectives
