  • Minimum 2 years experience in full-service upscale restaurant management
  • Passion for quality food and customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge

Job Duties

  • Complete comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of successful kitchen management
  • Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff aligning with business goals
  • Focus on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of kitchen to pass the white glove test
