Job Duties
- Prepare and/or direct the preparation, seasoning and cooking of all salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts and all other foods
- Ensure meals are exemplary restaurant quality, nutritionally balanced and attractively served
- Follow dietary and nutrition guidelines specific to memory care residents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Monitor cooking times and temperature controls to ensure food safety
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate meal schedules and special diet accommodations
- Manage inventory and food supplies efficiently
