Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience in full-service, upscale restaurant management
  • Possess passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have basic accounting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Hold a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of kitchen management
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking existing recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals including process improvement, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
  • Maintain the kitchen to the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness to pass white glove inspections
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and dining experience
