- Possess passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have basic accounting skills

- Hold a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of kitchen management
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking existing recipes and preparing weekly specials
- Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals including process improvement, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
- Maintain the kitchen to the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness to pass white glove inspections
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and dining experience
