  • Valid food handler’s card where required
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking traditional recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals like process improvement, growth, efficiency, and profitability
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness to consistently pass the white glove test
  • Comply with all company procedures and safety standards
  • Manage inventory and food quality control
  • Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen workflows
