Job Requirements

  • 2 or more years experience in full service upscale restaurant management
  • Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills and basic accounting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and embrace a flexible schedule
  • Valid food handler’s card where required
  • Ability to train and lead staff
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

  • Minimum 2 years experience in full service upscale restaurant management

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful kitchen
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop the kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, always passing the white glove test
  • Manage scheduling and workflow to maintain high kitchen productivity
  • Monitor food quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with management to align kitchen operations with business goals
