Job Requirements
- 2 or more years experience in full service upscale restaurant management
- Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and basic accounting skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and embrace a flexible schedule
- Valid food handler’s card where required
- Ability to train and lead staff
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

- Minimum 2 years experience in full service upscale restaurant management

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful kitchen
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
- Train, motivate, and develop the kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, always passing the white glove test
- Manage scheduling and workflow to maintain high kitchen productivity
- Monitor food quality and consistency
- Collaborate with management to align kitchen operations with business goals
