Job Duties

  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements and efficiency
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness meets the white glove test
  • Comply with company procedures and safety regulations
  • Manage business goals including profitability and growth
  • Maintain effective communication within the team
