Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of kitchen management
- Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking of core recipes and preparation of weekly specials
- Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff
- Focus on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure it passes the white glove test consistently
