Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
  • Ability to lift carry push or pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work full time with flexible schedule
  • Adherence to company safety and security policies
  • Ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to maintain professional personal appearance
  • Willingness to follow instructions and complete training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Strong attention to food safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Weigh measure and mix ingredients
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards
  • Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
  • Monitor food quality and ensure proper cooking
  • Set up and break down work stations
  • Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
  • Check and ensure correctness of temperature of appliances and food
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Report maintenance needs accidents injuries and unsafe conditions to manager
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Support team to reach common goals
  • Listen and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees
  • Stand sit or walk for extended periods or entire shift
  • Perform physical movements such as bending twisting pulling stooping and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
