Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
- Ability to lift carry push or pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work full time with flexible schedule
- Adherence to company safety and security policies
- Ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to maintain professional personal appearance
- Willingness to follow instructions and complete training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh measure and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards
- Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
- Monitor food quality and ensure proper cooking
- Set up and break down work stations
- Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
- Check and ensure correctness of temperature of appliances and food
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Report maintenance needs accidents injuries and unsafe conditions to manager
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Support team to reach common goals
- Listen and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees
- Stand sit or walk for extended periods or entire shift
- Perform physical movements such as bending twisting pulling stooping and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
