Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers
- Respond to guest complaints or inquiries
- Solicit customer feedback and create plans to meet customer expectations
- Ensure 24/7 execution of all food service programs including ordering, production planning, and product handling
- Meet or exceed food service and beverage performance and profitability goals
- Execute food service efficiency and ensure planograms are followed
- Oversee inventory and ordering of products and supplies
- Ensure maintenance and upkeep of food service equipment and facilities
- Analyze food service results and prepare action plans to ensure profitability
- Educate food service associates on marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives
- Execute training, coaching, and performance management of food service customer service associates
- Assist recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, engagement, and performance management of associates
- Conduct hands-on corporate training
- Ensure execution of safety, security, quality, and store operation policies and procedures
