Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous experience as a chef or line cook in a restaurant
- ability to work in a fast-paced and mobile environment
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to travel up to 100% of the time

Job Duties
- Prepare full-course meals for Amtrak passengers
- assist with all phases of meal preparations
- wash all items used in the preparation of meals in compliance with FDA sanitation regulations and standards
- complete all end-point duties
- assist with loading, unloading, and verification of food and service products
- manage pantry and supply inventories
- maintain cleanliness of the dining car lower level
