Job Duties

  • Create and prepare high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations
  • develop and maintain menus that are innovative and cost-effective
  • ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner
  • supervise and train kitchen staff
  • order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
  • collaborate with management to develop and implement new menu items and specials
  • ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
