Job Duties
- Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- prepare and oversee high-quality, scratch-made menu items with consistent presentation
- develop creative, seasonal menus that reflect resident preferences and dietary needs
- maintain food quality, safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards
- manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budget effectively
- train, coach, and develop culinary team members for growth and success
