Job Duties

  • Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • prepare and oversee high-quality, scratch-made menu items with consistent presentation
  • develop creative, seasonal menus that reflect resident preferences and dietary needs
  • maintain food quality, safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards
  • manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budget effectively
  • train, coach, and develop culinary team members for growth and success
