Job Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Job Qualifications

Verifiable work experience
Attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekend availability)
Serve Safe Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation

Job Duties

Execute food preparation, presentation and culinary activities
Participate in military troop production builds
Catering, special event and banquet production
Execute existing menus and event orders to a high standard of quality
Perform moderate administrative duties
Comply with all applicable sanitation regulations and safety standards
Communication with the Kitchen Manager, Managing Director & Director of Operations
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Other duties as assigned
