Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Job Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekend availability)
- Serve Safe Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Execute food preparation, presentation and culinary activities
- Participate in military troop production builds
- Catering, special event and banquet production
- Execute existing menus and event orders to a high standard of quality
- Perform moderate administrative duties
- Comply with all applicable sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Communication with the Kitchen Manager, Managing Director & Director of Operations
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Other duties as assigned
