Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in culinary or food preparation
availability during October weekends
ability to stay on-site for 3 nights and 4 days per weekend
valid driver's license or reliable transportation
ability to shop for and prepare all meals
good physical stamina and ability to work in a remote location

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a chef or cook
ability to prepare hearty, quality meals suitable for outdoor and hunting guests
skilled in menu planning and budgeting
experience working independently and managing a kitchen
good communication skills to interact with guests
flexibility to work varied weekend dates
willingness to stay on-site during assignments
