Job Requirements

  • physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • In this position, the Chefis in charge of readying and cooking a diverse array of dishes based on standardized recipes, maintaining consistent quality and presentation criteria
  • It is essential for the Chef to uphold kitchen cleanliness, adhere to food safety measures, and engage with the culinary team to offer customers a top-notch dining service
  • The Chef's vital contributions involve food prepping, portioning control, storage management, and presentation standards, supported by a sanitary and secure work setting
  • Organize food items by dividing, slicing, cleansing, peeling, and storing ingredients appropriately
  • Utilize recipes and preparation guidelines to weigh, measure, and combine various ingredients
  • Utilize different kitchen gadgets like ovens, stovetops, griddles, deep fryers, and microwaves for cooking purposes
  • Create cold platters and maintain uniformity in food presentation based on quality expectations
  • Project a professional image and attitude by wearing a clean and suitable uniform
  • Engage in teamwork, ensure effective communication, and actively participate in creating a harmonious work environment
