- collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
- take and conduct weekly inventory
- control and maintain responsible costs in food and labor
- write and implement a weekly staff schedule
- manage all kitchen personnel
- delegate responsibilities to kitchen staff
- inspect and evaluate performances
