Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience cooking for small groups
  • ability to work without traditional chef attire
  • no requirement to speak French during service
  • willingness to prepare seafood potentially in limited quantities
  • availability for flexible scheduling
  • capacity to maintain cleanliness and organization in a detached garage kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare corn, potatoes, and clams in a detached garage
  • bring fresh French bread, simple blueberry cake, and drawn butter
  • arrange plates of clams on the table with empty plates for shells
  • provide small bowls of butter and plenty of napkins
  • serve a group of 10-20 people in a small house setting
  • manage dishes and cleanup after the meal
