Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Professional culinary training preferred
Minimum of three years’ experience in a professional kitchen
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to handle long shifts
Strong attention to detail
Passion for quality food

Job Duties

As the chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu
You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals
You will be responsible for hiring and supervising the kitchen staff and coaching employees on consistency, technique and skills
