Job Requirements
- 0-1 year experience
- Must be 18+ years old
- Food Handlers certification issued by an ANAB-CFP accredited food sanitation program within 90 days
Job Qualifications

- Must be 18+ years old
- Food Handlers certification issued by an ANAB-CFP accredited food sanitation program within 90 days
- Vocational School Technical Training or Associate Degree in Food Service preferred
- 1-3 years experience preferred
- Working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications preferred
- Food Protection Manager certification or Certified Food Protection Manager certificate issued by the State of Minnesota within 90 days preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items to specified temperatures following standardized recipes
- Weigh and measure ingredients per standardized recipes
- Assemble meals and bakery items within designated time frames
- Complete daily preparation tasks accurately
- Assist with special events
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper cleaning schedules and protocols
- Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations and customer service in supervisor’s absence
- Communicate resident and guest feedback on meal and service quality
