Job Duties

  • Create and prepare high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations
  • Develop and maintain menus that are innovative and cost-effective
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement new menu items and specials
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
