  • Source ingredients from approved and local suppliers to ensure freshness and sustainability
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in Chef Forums to develop new menu ideas
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food storage areas
  • Manage inventory and reduce waste through effective planning and control
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to dietary needs and preferences
