Job Duties
- Drive kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, safety, and efficiency
- Prepare made-from-scratch soups and ensure all menu items meet standards for taste, consistency, and presentation
- Support staffing, scheduling, and training to build a dependable, high-performing BOH team
- Partner with the management team to deliver strong results, manage costs, and uphold the spirit of Carolina Hospitality
- Lead by example to foster a kitchen culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, and positivity
- Keep the kitchen organized and calm under pressure while coaching team members to meet high standards and grow in their roles
- Consistently maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in compliance with local health codes
- Turn guest feedback into action, ensure smooth service across all shifts, and bring energy and ownership to every day
