Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership including 2+ years as an executive chef
- Proven success developing menus and leading kitchen teams
- Strong operational, financial, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of sustainability, nutrition trends, and modern techniques
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Hands-on experience with health department inspections
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules as needed

Job Duties
- Create seasonal, modern menus aligned with sustainability and plant-forward principles
- Lead recipe development, tastings, costing, and plating standards
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure excellence in food quality
- Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance culinary team
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house, operations, and leadership teams
- Represent Tapestry as a culinary ambassador during events and client interactions
